25 Photos of Christmas {December 8}

I walked down to the Eclipse to check out the National Christmas tree. Surrounding the National Christmas tree are 55 or so smaller trees representing each state and territory of the US (bonus points if you can name the 5 or so), decorated by someone from that state. I checked out all the trees paying extra attention to the places i have lived.

The Missouri tree was nice with simple yet attractive ornaments from Joplin.

  1. I like it better knowing the ornaments are from Joplin. I know I can't name 5 territories without hitting up google but I won't cheat.

  2. I came up 3 and then went to Google to find the others. Like the Missouri tree - simple.

  3. P.R. Virgin Islands, Guam, America Samoa ummm, I can't think of the last one, but the Missouri tree looks very nice.

  4. America Samoa, District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands... Beth you only missed the Mariana Islands! (DC neither a state nor a territory)
