Farm Share

This fall I signed up with two friends for a Vegetable Farm Share. For seven weeks we get a box full of vegetables straight from farms in the area. We've been dividing the share by three, but I still feel like I have to stuff every meal full of vegetables to finish them by the time the next box arrives.

  1. super healthy! I put kohlrabi in a stir fry once, could you make "mashed potatoes" out of it?

    1. I know, I've been hiding vegetables in all my meals. You've actually made kohlrabi? I'd never heard of it before.

  2. I've never heard of kohlrabi either, but what a way to make yourself eat vegetables, can't waste it. They look delicious.
